◆Consent to participate in this exhibition must be granted from within the company, including management and business managers.

◆Exhibitors can not to cancel the exhibition for their own reasons after the notification of adoption.

◆The purpose of exhibiting is not for research or training purposes, but for business.

◆Exhibits items must be the company's own products.

◆Exhibiting for the entire duration of the exhibition (not withdrawing during the exhibition)

◆At least one person from the company must be present during the entire period of the exhibition.

◆Follow the instructions given by the organizer and JETRO during the exhibition, including the COVID-19 regulations.

◆Have a system in place to follow up on business after the exhibition (assign a person in charge).

◆Be sure to cooperate with follow-up questionnaire that JETRO will conduct during and after the exhibition.

◆All of the following (1) through (4) must be satisfied.

①Must not be a party with litigation or legal compliance issues.
②The applicant and the officers of the organization to which the applicant belongs do not currently fall under the category of antisocial forces and do not have any relationship with them. (For the definition of antisocial forces, please refer to JETRO's "Rules for Dealing with Antisocial Forces.
③Applications must not be for projects that are problematic in terms of public order and morals.
④Applications must not be for projects that are judged to be inappropriate from a socially accepted standpoint as a use of public funds (adult entertainment businesses, etc., as defined in Article 2 of the Law Concerning Regulation and Proper Operation of Businesses Affecting Public Morals (Law No. 121 of 1948)).
