●Procedures for participating in ILS
1. Once JETRO receives the application, we will check the information. If you are applicable we will nominate you to ILS Office.
2. After ILS Office confirms the information, they will send you an "invitation" e-mail for the event.
3. Please ensure to complete both (1) the registration of your company profile and (2) the purchase of the participation package before the deadline (September 16th 11:59am JST). Both procedures must be completed in order to officially join the ILS.
●Who are eligible for ILS?
- Companies nominated by ILS Advisory Board Member (including JETRO).
- Companies with unique technologies and business models that are expected to have high growth
- Companies that can propose business collaboration such as production, sales, and technical collaborations with major corporations
- Companies where CxOs such as CEO/CTO or Japanese country managers can participate
- Listed companies (including non-listed companies of equivalent size) and their subsidiaries, group companies, or joint ventures are NOT eligible.
●ILSの参加にかかるフロー
1. 貴社より申請された情報をジェトロで確認し、推薦可能な場合は、ILS事務局に推薦します。
2. ILS事務局で確認後、貴社をILSに招待する旨のメールが届きます。
3. (1)企業情報の登録および(2)参加パッケージの購入の両方を、期限（日本時間 9月16日午前11:59）までに完了いただきますようお願いします。この2つの手続きを完了することで、正式にILSにご参加いただけます。
●ILSに参加可能なスタートアップ
- ILSのアドバイザリーボード（ジェトロ等）から推薦を受けていること
- 独自の技術やビジネスモデルを持ち、高い成長が見込める企業
- 大手企業に生産・販売・技術提携など協業の提案が可能な企業
- 代表者（Cレベルの方や、日本法人代表など）の参加が可能な企業
- 上場企業（上場企業と同等規模の非上場企業を含む）や、その子会社、グループ会社、合弁会社には該当しないスタートアップ企業であること |

*ILS requires the participation of a "representative" such as a C-level or Japan-based country manager. Please fill in the information of the representative at the time of nomination. The representative who participates in the actual business meeting can be a different person, and the person in charge can also participate in the meeting.
The ILS Office will send emails on how to register for the event and other announcements to the representative (and person in charge) whose email is registered to this form.
*ILSではCレベルや日本拠点のカントリーマネージャー等の「代表者」の参加が必要です。推薦時に代表者の情報が必要ですのでご記入をお願いいたします。実際の商談に参加いただく代表者は別の方となっても構いませんし、担当者も商談にご参加いただけます。
