●All the responses including the personal information you provide will be collected and securely managed by the Global Startup EXPO 2026 Executive Committee (Hereinafter referred to as "Executive Committee": Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, Kyoto Prefecture, Kyoto City, Hyogo Prefecture, Kobe City, Kansai Economic Federation, Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kansai Association of Corporate Executives, Osaka Business Development Agency, and Kansai Innovation Initiative (Urban Innovation Institute)), and other co-organizers (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI)​, Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI- KANSAI)​, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO)​, New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO)​).
●Such information will be used for matching visitors and exhibitors, as well as for future communications (including notifications to exhibitors and email newsletters).
●Images and videos taken during this event may be used without a fixed retention period for purposes such as event broadcasts, websites, social media, and event promotions, including those organized by the Executive Committee members (hereinafter referred to as “Members”).
●All rights to such images and videos shall belong to the Executive Committee and will be used solely for promotional purposes.
●Collected personal information will be strictly managed in accordance with each Member’s privacy policy and may be used for Members’ sales and marketing activities, as well as for information sharing among Members. It may also be used as anonymized statistical data to improve services.
●Please note that information of participants may be re-registered in the EventHub service.

●Personal information and responses provided will be appropriately managed and handled also in accordance with JETRO's privacy policy

●Final confirmation of participation will be made by the Executive Committee based on the information submitted by JETRO.　Participation will be confirmed once the startup has received the Executive Committee’s notice and agreed to the exhibition guidelines and related terms.
●Please note that exhibition will be confirmed only after review by the Executive Committee based on this application form and upon official notification. Submission of an application alone does not guarantee exhibition.
●Once your participation is confirmed, we will publish your company information, business overview, and exhibition details on the event website and in printed materials for matching purposes. Items not marked with "*For internal evaluation purposes only" may be included in those.
●After the event, you must report on your exhibition results, business negotiations, matching results, and any other information requested by the Executive Committee by the deadline separately specified.
