Terms and Conditions

By registering on this form, you agree to accept and abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. 

Registrant shall not engage in any of the following activities in connection with the use of the Site
(1) Registration based on false information
(2) Use of the Site by a third party, such as an individual, company, or other organization, pretending to be a registrant.
(3) Infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or the honor, privacy, property, or other legally protected rights or interests of JETRO, participating companies, or other third parties.
(4) Other acts that JETRO deems inappropriate.

If a registrant is determined to have violated any of these Terms of Use, JETRO reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend the registrant's registration for use of this site and refuse any future registrations without prior notice to the registrant. JETRO shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the registrant as a result of these measures. In the event that a registrant causes damage to JETRO or a third party due to a violation of these Terms of Use, the registrant shall be liable to compensate for all damages, whether direct or indirect.

JETRO shall not be liable for any damages to the registrant. Terms and conditions of use of the event not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be determined by JETRO on a case-by-case basis. JETRO reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without prior notice to the registrant.
