フィリピンの自治体から挙げられた社会課題

以下のフィリピン地方の社会課題解決に資するご提案をお待ちしています。

分野	内容
1.災害対策／災害リスク管理 (Disaster Preparedness/Disaster Risk Management)	There are many disasters such as typoon, earthquake, flooding, but preparation of LGUs is not enough.
2. 教育 (Education)	There are so many students in one class, and teachers cannot provide good quality education at public school.
3. 水産資源開発 (Fishery resource development)	The fishery sector is the main economic sector in the locality. Local fishery productivity and aquaculture activities needs to be increased. Potential strategies to attain this is fisherfolk development, technology transfer, and development of fisheries-related facilities. Implementation of aquaculture programs and other capacity development programs can also be explored.
4. 交通・都市モビリティ (Traffic & urban mobirity)	Heavy traffic and road congestion is a perennial problem in our locality due to limited road network. Traffic management strategies and solutions are being sought by the local government. Transportation infrastructure development can also be undertaken.
5. ヘルスケア (Healthcare)	The quality and equipment of the Healthcare industry need improvement. Telemedicare platforms that could cater to the medical needs of families and individuals in remote areas.
6.農業 (Agriculture)	Farming technology for increased yield and sustainable practices. Market access platforms for farmers to reach broader markets. Agri-tech innovations to empower local economies. Infrastructure projects for easy access of farm to market products.
7. 農業 (Agriculture)	With the increasing cost of rice, its productivity must be increased by having rice processing facility. Due to climate change, the need for storage / holding facility is needed for vegetable crops like Okra and calamansi, primary vegetables being produced by the City.
8. クリーンエネルギー (Clean energy)	More construction of renewable energy solutions like water, wind, and solar energy.
9. 廃棄物処理 (Solid waste management)	Solid waste is a pervasive and escalating problem in every locality in the country. It encompasses a wide range of materials and objects that are discarded by individuals, households, industries, and businesses. This waste includes everything from household garbage to industrial by products, and its mismanagement poses a significant threat to the environment, human health, and the overall well-being of our environment.
