Tcom Technology and Communication JSC is a Vietnamese IT company that develops its own software products. The company provides one-stop services from design to development of applications and software products.

In addition to providing outsourcing services such as the development of web applications and mobile applications, the company's main businesses include the development of e-commerce and other web systems, online meeting solutions, online education platforms, and live streaming systems. Since its establishment in 2012, the company has collaborated with partners in Japan, Europe, the United States, and other countries on a number of technology joint projects, while developing its own software products.

The company established TCOM JAPAN LLC in Tachikawa City, Tokyo in May 2021.

The establishment of its Japanese subsidiary has enabled the company to provide fast and effective services to the Japanese market and provide one-stop support from consulting to implementation by highly skilled Vietnamese engineers.

Upon establishing its Japanese base, JETRO's Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided information and consultations (registration, labor, and tax), and introduced service providers.
