JETRO has now launched a series“Setting Up Business in Japan”videos. The second video is " Steps to Establish a Subsidiary in Japan ―K.K. & G.K.―".

By following the procedures for establishing joint-stock companies (Kabushiki-Kaisha or K.K.)and limited liability companies(Godo-Kaisha or G.K.), this video explains the necessary conditions, where to go for the procedures, how long it takes, and the points to keep in mind regarding the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, making it easier to grasp the image of the actual application.
