Popsible Development Limitedn is a real estate investment and hotel management and operations company in Hong Kong. Its parent company is Milestone Builder Holdings Limited, a construction company in Hong Kong, engaging in various real estate projects in Hong Kong and Macao.

Milestone Builder, the parent company, developed Popway Residence Tennoji, a hotel in Tennoji, Osaka, targeted at tourists visiting Japan. In April 2018, Popsible Development established a Japanese subsidiary, Top Table Development Co., Ltd., to manage and operate the hotel.

The hotel opened in January 2020. The company initially targeted foreign tourists as its primary customers but now aims to expand its business scope by shifting to Japanese guests due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Upon establishing its Japanese base, JETRO's Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided consultation by experts and introduced local governments and service providers such as real estate agencies.
