Panalyt is a startup in Singapore that provides HR analytics Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

By integrating and syncing dormant data regarding people in companies and offering suggestions on the health status of the organization, the company supports optimal decision-making without relying solely on experience or intuition for any organizational or personnel challenges. By leveraging the services of Panalyt, companies are able to assess improvements in terms of retirement, recruitment, engagement and performance as well as promote human resource management and work style reform.

Panalyt Japan Inc. was established in Chuo Ward, Tokyo in October 2019.

Enhancing activities in Japan not only meets the needs of domestic companies for HR management, but also leads to the development of a labor market for optimal utilization of human resources. It is expected to contribute to boosting Japan's productivity.

To assist with the establishment of the company’s base in Japan, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided consultation on company registration and tax and labor matters, information on the market and business matching.
The IBSC also introduced local service providers.
