Baibao New Media is an e-commerce platform established in 2016 and headquartered in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, China. Through its chat application “WeChat,” the company manages more than 10 media networks that provide maternity and infant-related content such as “Xiaxiaobaomama,” which sells childcare products and dietary supplements for infants. The company has a combined 20 million readers for all accounts and e-commerce sales total more than 70 million yuan a month. In China, the company has bases in Beijing, Zhengzhou, Hangzhou and Shanghai.

Driven by the popularity of Japanese products for infants in China, Baibao New Media had been procuring products in Japan for the Chinese market through Japanese distributors. To strengthen local procurement and promote further sales, it established Baibao Co., Ltd. in Yao, Osaka in February 2019.
In addition to products for infants, the company also plans to start purchasing cosmetics and health food for parents who are raising kids.
