"Invest in Ibaraki & Tsukuba: A seminar promoting investment by foreign & foreign-affiliated companies" will showcase the investment environment in Ibaraki Prefecture. There will also be presentations on the advantages and attractions of Ibaraki Prefecture, delivered by a expert and by a representative of foreign companies that have already expanded operations into Ibaraki.
