Ningbo Jintian Copper (Group) Co., Ltd., headquartered in Zhejiang Province in China, is a corporate group established in 1986. Ranked 76th among the “Chinese Top 500 Enterprises in 2018” by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and with approximately 5,000 employees and a total production of 700,000 tons in 2017, it has become one of the biggest copper processing manufacturers in the country. The company is comprised of more than 10 subsidiaries and affiliates with production plants, and is engaged in smelting, processing, sintering copper as well as producing and processing rare metals.

The group mainly engages in manufacturing, processing and selling copper products (copper pipes, rods, strips, enameled wires and valves), magnetic products and rare metals. Outside of China, it has sales offices and production bases in the US, Germany, Thailand and Vietnam, through which it sells copper products to the US, EU, Korea and Southeast Asia. 

With a business track record in Japan for home electronics and automobile manufacturers in Japan, Jintian Copper Japan K.K. was established in Tokyo in April 2018 to expand business in the country. In addition to cultivating sales channels, the company will focus on marketing, raw material purchasing and after-sales service from now on.

For establishment of its Japanese base, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided consultation（on taxation and labor matters）.  IBSC also introduced service providers (administrative scrivener, tax accountant, real estate agency, and bank).
