Latest Updates German industrial high performance adhesives manufacturer DELO establishes subsidiary in Yokohama

German company, DELO Industrial Adhesives, is a manufacturer of high-performance industrial adhesives and was founded in 1961. Its adhesives are especially developed for products which require high functionality and needs to be products in short cycle times, e.g. smartphone cameras, mini-loud speaker, displays, and automotive sensors. DELO also provides high-tech adhesives for other industries like optoelectronics and aircraft.

DELO operates internationally – with subsidiaries in the United States, China, Singapore, and Japan, and numerous of representation offices in other regions outside Germany, such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and South Korea.

In Japan, DELO is working together with APPEX as sales partner, and founded a subsidiary in Yokohama, Kanagawa in April 2017 in order to expand sales. With the establishment of the Japanese base, the company will also strengthen the cooperation with its partner as well as the customer support.

r the establishment of the subsidiary, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided temporary office space in Yokohama; consultation on registration, taxation, and labor matters; advice on real estate and referrals to municipalities.
