Latest Updates C3i Solutions, provider of IT support and BPO services for consumer and healthcare companies, establishes base in Fukuoka

C3i Solutions is an American business process outsourcer specializing in global, high-touch consumer, patient and end user engagement. The company is headquartered in the state of Pennsylvania with additional operation centers in India, Bulgaria, China and Japan. Their clients include 80% of the world’s top 20 pharmaceutical firms and 65% of the top 25 food and beverage companies. Services like help desk support are delivered to the end users in multiple languages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in more than 175 countries.
In Japan, C3i Solutions established the C3i Japan LLC in Tokyo in order to further develop their business with major pharmaceutical companies and to strengthen their support system for existing customers.
They established an operation center in Fukuoka and start providing the IT technical support services to customers.
For the establishment of their base in Japan, the JETRO's Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided temporary office space in Tokyo.
