Ministry of Justice: Simplification of tally signatures
Apr 17, 2017
Regarding approval procedures for articles of incorporation, foreign companies had been required to submit tally signatures as a substitute for tally impressions, which resulted in added complexity and onerousness in actual business practice. A change was broughtin on this matter exempting the requirement for tally signatures and instead allowing applicants to sign or initial each page of the documents by hand.
