Dr. Knoell Consult GmbH is a German regulatory consulting firm. It provides consultation service on the laws and regulations of various countries in which Japanese companies are attempting to sell chemical, pesticide and health care-related products. It also offers registration service, strategy planning for each client, consultation with government offices of the country, documents preparation and registration, and creation of necessary safety evaluation reports for registration. It has regional offices in 16 countries around the world and provides worldwide service coverage. In addition, it provides support for companies of Europe, the United States and Asia when they expand into the Japanese market.

The company established Knoell Japan Co., Ltd. in Tokyo to expand its more customer-attached services in Japan and the Asia-Pacific.

For the establishment of its subsidiary in Japan, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided Dr. Knoell Consult GmbH with information on incorporation and service offices, as well as introduction to administrative scrivener.
