US IT company Space-Time Engineering, LLC opens Tokushima’s first foreign satellite office

The Japanese subsidiary of the Los Angeles-based Space-Time Engineering, LLC, Space-Time Engineering Japan Inc. (headquartered in Tokyo), decided that it will open a satellite office as a would-be manufacturing and development base in Minami Town, Tokushima Prefecture.

The public and private sectors of Tokushima Prefecture are working together to encourage companies to locate in the region under the “Tokushima Satellite Office Project.” This is the first case of a satellite office by a foreign company being opened in the prefecture.

JETRO supported experimental and feasibility studies on medical information-sharing in the event of disasters utilizing “Scenargie Physical”, a system of Space-Time Engineering Japan, in Kochi Prefecture through the “Subsidy Program for Global Innovation Centers” in 2016.
