Weibo Comic is a Chinese service provider that develops and distributes content such as anime, comics and games. The company is a subsidiary of China's major SNS company (Weibo) and delivers content such as anime and cartoons through its web platform. In 2015, they were certified as a "National Animation Company of China" and "National High Technology Company of China" by China’s Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation.

Weibo Comic Co., Ltd. was established in Tokyo in August 2016 in order to import and export content such as cartoons, animation, CG and illustrations between Japan and China as well as to plan, produce and sell video material used in films and broadcast programs tied up with Japanese companies.
