, has established a company, ValuMax Cleanroom Japan K.K., in Osaka.
ValuMax Internationl Inc. is a global manufacturer of cleanroom products as well as disposable protective clothing serving the medical, dental, and pharmaceutical industries. It was founded in 1995, and has its headquarter in New York and a manufacturing plant in Qingdao, China. Currently, the company has over 600 employees worldwide, and has plans to open new business locations in Puerto Rico, South America and Europe. The establishment of its subsidiary in Japan accommodating distribution center and the showroom are expected to bolster its delivery system for Japanese clients and further expand its sales channels.

For the establishment of the subsidiary, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided support to ValuMax including consultation (for corporate registration, visa, tax matters and labor affairs) and referral to service providers (judicial and administrative scriveners, recruiting agencies and real estate agents).
