In September 2015, it made a business tie up with NTT Solco, an NTT group company, to strengthen its presence in Japan.

The service provided by the company is a digital engagement platform called Live Engage which makes interactive communication possible with customers who visit the website through live chat. This service has already been introduced by 18,000 companies from around the world, including those listed in the Fortune 500.

The JETRO’s Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided support for the establishment of the company’s Japanese subsidiary by providing a temporary office, consultation on company registration and assistance for searching for a permanent office.
