JETRO is not liable for any disadvantage to the client in connection with the use of information and advice provided through trade and investment consultations, websites, e-mails, telephone calls, etc. Also, we will not transmit or disclose information to third parties as the purpose and content of the inquiries may not be accurately grasped and may lead to the provision of incorrect information. We ask that you inquire directly with person the persons related to your business.

The use of the service is conditioned to the user not currently falling under the category of antisocial forces (for the definition of antisocial forces, etc., see JETRO's "Regulations for dealing with antisocial forces
(171KB)" ), not having any relationship with antisocial forces, and having no intention of having a relationship with them in the future.

- JETRO will not divulge any business confidential information learned through the implementation of the service, or use the service, to any third party for any purpose other than the implementation of the service, and will handle confidential information appropriately. However, this does not apply in any of the following cases:
- When it was already owned by JETRO prior to the implementation of this service
- When it was already known to the public before the implementation of the Service
- When it becomes public knowledge through no fault of JETRO after the implementation of the service
- When a person obtains information from a third party with legitimate authority without being obliged to maintain confidentiality
- When we are obligated to disclose by law
- Personal information related to the service will be used for the implementation of the service, to understand service usage history and needs, and to provide information on related services. Such information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Policy" established by JETRO.
