Shibanuma Shoyu Brewery

Shibanuma Shoyu Brewery Inc. is a time-honored manufacturer having produced soy sauce for more than 325 years in Tsuchiura. We sell various soy products such as professional-oriented "Shiho," long-fermented "Ohitachi" matured in casks used for 100 years, and soy-based "tare" and "tsuyu". We have grown many kinds of molds in our soy casks since the Edo period, the Meiji era, and the Taisho era. The reaction produced from these molds is what makes our products special.
