Industrial Tourism in Japan
Big Will Co., Ltd. has developed a natural wood veneer producing machine, and achieved production of 0.1 mm or thinner wood veneer, the thinnest in the world. With this veneer sheet made mainly of weeded out trees, we develop and sell products such as wallpapers and other veneer-related products that take advantage of natural wood's characteristics. We strive to stimulate new demand for weeded out trees and by employing elderly and disadvantaged people living in mountain areas, we aim to revitalize the nation's forest industry and promote recycling-oriented business in depopulated areas.
