We sell chocolate and other products derived from cacao produced in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.
In the future, we hope to expand our sales channels to Europe, the U.S., Australia, and India, and we are looking for personnel for three positions.
Marketing: working on product development and sales strategy to expand sales channels
Those who understand the culture of the countries in which we sell our products are encouraged to apply. Preferably, applicants should be a native of the target country or have experience in the target country.
Food production and development: Development of products that better convey the appeal of Vietnamese cacao We welcome those who have studied in science-related fields, especially food and nutrition.
Designers
We ask designers to handle branding for the company to develop it into a global brand. We entrust the design of product tools such as brochures and package designs. We are looking for designs that are acceptable to Western consumers. Those with design work experience or those who studied design in school are especially welcome. For any of these positions, the ability to communicate in both Japanese and English is desirable. Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, where the company is headquartered, provides support, including housing support and assistance with language school expenses to improve Japanese language skills. We welcome applications from those who want to travel the world and who are highly motivated to grow.

We operate a cacao farm in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and we sell processed cacao products such as those involving chocolate and wine. Vietnamese cacao has long been grown using natural farming methods without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and although it accounts for only about 0.1% of the world's cacao harvest, it is known for its high quality, having won gold medals at international competitions. However, cacao is one of the crops exploited by industrialized countries, and there is no end to the number of farmers who quit because they cannot make a profit. We purchase cacao from growers at a fair price, process it locally, and also return the profits from selling it at a fair rate, thereby ensuring that farmers and processors earn a fair profit and increasing the value of cacao.
In addition, by letting producers know what kind of products the raw materials are made into and how they are sold, we motivate them to become farmers and increase the number of farmers who become cacao farmers.
Our company was created to introduce high-quality cacao from a single city in Vietnam to Japan. Our dream is to grow into a world-class brand and to manufacture products that are known as coming from us-OCA-when it comes to chocolate.
