We manufacture the special chains for industrial use that are used in machines and factories in various industries and that thus help support modern life. Our strength lies in the manufacture of special chains tailor-made to meet customer requirements, which major manufacturers are unable to do.

After joining the company, new hires will learn all processes of the business through on-the-job training, and they will then be in charge of designing and developing dies, jigs, and tools. No experience with CAD used for design is required. We are looking for candidates who have N4-level Japanese language skills as required for internal communication and native-level-equivalent English language skills as required for overseas communication. We value the "spirit of teamwork" and would like to work with people who are cooperative and who can improve together with their colleagues.

The company also offers a full benefits package, providing housing and a monthly qualification allowance based on Japanese language qualifications.

We are looking forward to working with new hires and our current 14 employees (as of 2022) so as to proactively lead projects and to expand overseas sales channels for our products.

Our company was founded in 1962 in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. We started with the production of chain components and have continued to produce chains to the present day. Special chains for industrial use account for 80% of total sales, and the company also manufactures general machinery parts and electronic parts.

We provide special chains for industrial use to machine tool manufacturers, food companies (factory lines), and logistics companies (distribution warehouses). We produce custom-made chains that cannot be imitated by major manufacturers by changing the size and material according to detailed customer requests.

We plan to expand our business overseas, especially in Southeast Asia. We are already involved in several projects with local companies in the Philippines (i.e., selling our products to local companies and secondary processing and selling parts manufactured by local companies), and we would like to increase the number of similar projects throughout Southeast Asia.

We are also trying to develop core businesses in fields other than our main chain products, such as in developing products for new fields such as electronic components.
