We specialize in the manufacture of precision metal parts such as screws and rivets, and we are currently focusing particularly on the manufacture of parts for use in automobiles. In recent years, demand for our products in Europe has been increasing, and we are looking for new hires who can become assets to our international sales team.
The skills required are a native level of English, fluency in other European languages such as German and French, and a JLPT N2 equivalent level of Japanese. Those who have studied mechanical engineering are most welcome, but there is no need to worry, as many of our sales staff are humanities graduates, and training is provided.
After joining the company, new hires undergo training at the head office and factory in Fukui Prefecture for about six months, commencing work in Tokyo. As sales representatives at the international sales department, new hires learn the job from senior employees and will be entrusted with the development of overseas customers.
