Our mainstay products -high-precision pumps- are needed in a wide variety of fields for cutting-edge R&D and manufacturing processes. Since our establishment in 1955, we have contributed not only to Japan but also to the world at large as a specialist group involved in the development and manufacturing of pumps.
At present, we have a number of foreign nationals working as technical staff and sales engineers, and we are seeking people who can excel in these positions. The technical staff position requires knowledge of mechanical engineering and physics and is involved in product development, along with planning and design, so as to realize custom-made products for each customer. The sales engineer position demands a wide range of knowledge, both in the arts and the sciences. Both positions act as a point of contact with customers for such work as accepting orders and handling repairs.
In general, it takes an average of three years to become a full-fledged employee at Fuji Techno. In the course of education, new hires can improve practical skills via in-house training and OJT and can acquire knowledge via external courses. In addition, they can experience a connection to the world, not only via association with overseas agencies but also via interaction with our local subsidiary in China outside of regular work opportunities such as company trips.

Since our company was founded in 1955, we have developed a wide variety of products, mainly metering pumps and hydraulic pumps.
Our high-precision pumps, the distinctive models of which are our "Super Metering Pumps" developed in 1983, have been recognized around the world for their unparalleled accuracy. Our pumps have become indispensable for facilities where precision transfer processes are essential, at such entities as aircraft and automobile engine manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, research institutes at universities, and aerospace development organizations.
As a result of numerous trial & error toward meeting customer needs, we have been able to completely handle core operations in-house, including planning, design, manufacturing, and sales, even though we only have about 50 employees. We provide the same high-quality services overseas as we do in Japan, in collaboration with our production bases in China and with overseas agents in North America, Europe, and other Asian countries.
