Our company provides integrated support for plant facility manufacturing, construction, and maintenance. We began actively hiring foreign employees after expanding to Vietnam due to shrinking domestic market. We currently have a diverse team consisting of members from Vietnam, South Korea, Thailand, and China. Next year, the number of foreign members in Japan office is expected to surpass Japanese members. We are looking forward to expanding our business further, not only in Vietnam but also in other countries. At present, our foreign employees are currently engaged in various positions, including engineering, overseas sales, and construction management. We expect global members to promote our overseas expansion in coming time. After learning the basics in Japan, we hope that those entering our company in the future will play active roles overseas.

Our company provides integrated support for plant facility manufacturing, construction and maintenance. We entered Vietnam's market 11 years ago, and plan on continuing our expansion. Our strength is providing low-cost and high-quality products by manufacturing and offering Japan-quality goods in Vietnam as well. Another reason we are able to accquire the trust of our customers is that we provide one-stop support from manufacturing to maintenance. Human and technical exchanges between Japan and Vietnam are very active. It is common for Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam to not have infrastructure like waste incineration plants, which is common in Japan. Since our business contributes to such crucial infrastructure, there is a large potential for us to expand our business overseas which many of our foreign employees find rewarding.
