Our technological prowess is supported by the numerous awards we have won, including the Good Design Special Award, Good Design Award of Small and Medium Enterprises, and Japan Monozukuri Excellence Award. We proactively hire foreign talent and currently have over 30 employees who come from Vietnam, Nepal, India, and other regions. Our foreign employees are engaged in Metalworking and Research and Development. They challenge themselves every day in hopes of taking a leadership role at the factory or overseas office one day. We also take initiatives in providing a work environment that allows our foreign employees to flourish, including monthly allowances for those with JLPT N1 certifications and providing on-site procedure- and contract-related documentation in foreign languages. In terms of the application process, we can conduct the entire screening process online to allow overseas residents to apply as well.

We have been working on enhancing our precision processing technology in our over 50 years in the metalworking industry and possess advanced technology such as simultaneous 5-axis control processing, complex shape processing, microfabrication, and high-precision processing. We mainly manufacture products for aircraft, automobiles, medical equipment, machine tools, and energy infrastructure equipment. Our new business creates IoT-related products for measurements and evaluations and machining for visualization. Our strength lies in understanding frontline operations, allowing us to offer services that accurately grasp the demands and challenges. Through these businesses, we are supporting the Japanese monozukuri (manufacturing) scene, which is facing a shortage of successors who will inherit the technology. We created an office in Vietnam as we look to expand into the ASEAN market, where demand is expected to grow. We are also aiming to convey Japan's technological prowess to the world.
