As a manufacturer of mechanical parts and composite parts, we have been manufacturing and supplying parts for about 30 years since our establishment. We apply the "3Ts" (i.e., "3 Technologies") of mechatronics, magnetism, and heat, and we make use of these in all fields, from personal lifestyle to large-scale machinery industry, such as communications equipment and large office and factory automation equipment.
In addition to our overseas bases in China and Thailand, we expect new hires to contribute to the establishment of new overseas bases in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries, including finding properties and preparing facilities for future expansion.
Therefore, the following are required: knowledge and experience in both sales and mechanical engineering; an N2 or N3 level in Japanese for internal communication; and English skill (for information-gathering). We are looking for new hires who can take on challenges from scratch, such as in obtaining information on suppliers based on local market trends and market information.

Founded in 1990, our company started out manufacturing office automation equipment, including copiers. In an age where basically everyone has access to a computing device, the number of printers sold has increased, and our company has grown rapidly with the times. By adding sensing technology to the "motion" (movement/state change) that can be created by the three main technologies mentioned (mechatronics, magnetism, and heat), we have established "Motion Technology" as our proprietary technology that enhances product value.
We have our own design engineers and have established a system that allows us to carry out all processes, from design, procurement, and manufacturing to quality assurance and sales. We have accumulated knowledge and technology while adapting to various market demands, and we have continued to supply advanced precision equipment parts while striving to expand and sharpen our technical capabilities. Since our establishment, we have supplied parts to a total of about 900 domestic and overseas companies in a wide range of industries, including for office automation, precision equipment, heavy electric machinery, low-voltage/low-amperage electric machinery, communications equipment, factory automation, medical equipment, and housing equipment. With five offices in Japan and 250 employees overseas, we are broadly expanding our business both in Japan and overseas.
