IO Industry is a molding manufacturer that conducts plastic resin molding for automotive parts. We celebrated our 50th anniversary in 2013 and continue to move forward as we aim for further technological development.
We hire many foreign workers, with a focus on Burmese technical intern trainees. We have accepted 7 classes and currently have approximately 40 trainees.
In the future, we would like to establish a design office in Burma led by management trained in Japan to contribute to the employment stability of the local Burmese people.

Production is integrated in-house, from product design, injection molding, coating, and assembly. While it is extremely rare for small and medium-sized enterprises to have such system, it allows us to work in many fields and feel the fascination of craftsmanship.

Production preparation consistent with the customers' needs, including in-house product development and design, mold design and manufacturing, and process design, is also done in-house, allowing us to simultaneously maintain high levels of quality and productivity.
