Lion Power is a company that designs and manufactures automated manufacturing systems in Japan.
We want to open a sales office in France or Africa in 5 years and start global transactions.

I would like you to do sales technical in Japan for 3 to 5 years while receiving engineering training, and 5 years later to be active as an open staff in France or Africa.
Since this is our first overseas expansion, we would like to challenge with energetic people who can break through issues and proceed.

Application conditions:
Those who have studied technical knowledge such as mechanical systems and electrical/electronic systems.
JLPT N3 level or above.
French or English native.

We will contribute to the improvement of user productivity by performing original design, manufacturing, local installation and adjustment according to customer's individual customization such as factory production automation system, automatic measurement system and agricultural management system.

Role Expected of Highly-Skilled Foreign Professionals

  • Bridge Builder with Foreign Enterprises, such as in Expanding Overseas (Bridging Resource)
  • Management of Overseas Bases
  • Preparation for opening overseas bases and subsequent technical sales

Lion Power's business has expanded along with time and growth of our company from "design and manufacture of printed circuit boards", "unit assembly", "assembly of small products", "assembly and adjustment of final products", and to "large scale systems" such as dam water level observation system and factory automation.

The team of electric/mechanical/software engineers will work together to solve the problems that cannot be solved by electricity by combining machines and software.
