We are revitalizing fishing in Shimane and promote fish with youthful vigor. We have 60 years of history and an average age of our staff is 35.
Shimane Prefecture faces the ocean and has a rich food culture that follows the seasons. The catch is plentiful and the fish and shellfish are particularly tasty and fresh. They feed on good plankton, which is abundant thanks to the meeting of warm and cold Japan Sea currents in the area.

We process fish caught in Shimane for restaurant use using our own technology and export the results every day to countries all over the world (Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, the US, Canada, etc.). Also, we use a special freezing technique (proton freeze) to process and freeze fresh fish and produce high-quality frozen food that tastes fresh, which we sell domestically and internationally. One of the major points of our business plan is to obtain HACCP accreditation in view of the prospect of stricter food security control and to increase the export of frozen food to the US. Our social role as a company is to build a prosperous business, offer a sense of satisfaction, and build trust. This year, as the company marks 60 years since its foundation, we wish to fulfill our social role together with our employees. Then, let us dream of the day when we launch out into the world.
