Our main business is in automotive parts. We undertake designing, trial manufacturing, and developing controlling technology of mass production. In view of the changes in the car industry, we are considering to expand our business to the aerospace industry and to overseas market.
Our management principles derives from the “triple win” mindset of the Omi merchants. This means that when employees are happy and customers are satisfied, this creates a virtuous circle that means that customers will come back again, the business will flourish, and employees will be happy. With that in mind, we are working to improve the work-life balance of our employees. We have introduced flextime and a parental leave system, with a 100% return rate after taking it.
As well as the car industry, we also work in various areas including personal mobility devices, space equipment, medical devices, and robotics. At the same time we are working to create our own branded products.

In various areas, like automobiles, aviation, welfare, medicine, and sundry goods, we start with the idea that “we want to make something like this” and go through the whole process of planning, design, manufacture, analysis, assembly, and delivery.
Specifically, we support the planning, design, manufacture, analysis, assembly, and delivery of exhibition models.
For example, some of our past creations include next-generation personal mobility devices, exhibition goods for a motor show, car parts, airplanes, and electric wheelchairs.
We also undertake to perform trial manufacturing and /or mass-production, and develop embedded software (manufacture of automatic car remote control switches, development of motor driver circuit software, etc.). Also, we are creating our own branded products.
