Our aim is to serve as a bridge between volume retailers and consumers. Our role is not only to manufacture and sell products, but also to leverage our large networks to promptly incorporate the latest trends and market needs and make proposals to volume retailers.
With changes in the external environment and economic conditions, our new goal is to shift our business from domestic to overseas. In the Japanese market, the demographic composition forms an inverse pyramid, and conventional knowledge no longer applies. By contrast, global demographics show a traditional pyramid formation with millennials at the base, indicating new business opportunities. What we want are highly-skilled foreign professionals who will work with us to develop new markets. We want to leave this important role to foreign professionals who understand the millennial generation.
