STEP 3: About JETRO Zone Online Application Forms

The forms consist of:

FORM 1-1: About Your Company
FORM 1-2: About Your Products
FORM 1-3: Applicant Consent Form

FORM1-1: About Your Company
- Fill in your company profile
- Upload:
  *Electronic brochure of your company - Mandatory
  *Promotional video of your company
  
  The maximum file size limit for uploads is 10 MB each.
Submit FROM 1-1 and receive “FORM 1-1 Confirmation Receipt” email from us which includes FORM 1-2’s URL. Then proceed with FORM 1-2.
Form1-2: About Your Products
- Fill in your products’ details as well as “Ingredients List and Manufacturing Process Chart”
- Upload:
  *Exhibits’ photos - Mandatory
  
  The maximum file size limit for uploads is 10 MB each.
Submit FORM 1-2 and receive “FORM 1-2 Confirmation Receipt” email from us which includes FORM 1-3’s URL. Then proceed with FORM 1-3.
Form 1-3: Applicant Consent Form
- Download Applicant Consent Form from the URL indicated in FORM 1-3.
- Submit it with your legally binding signature online. Mandatory

After completing FORM 1-3 by the deadline, August 31, 2020, you will receive the “Acknowledge Receipt” email from us. Once you receive this email, the application is done. We will contact you as soon as the screening is completed. If you do not receive this email, please contact your nearest JETRO office.
