The Niigata City Manga House
This is a place where you can enter the world of gag cartoonists with links to Niigata. At the permanent exhibition there is a corner where you can take photos with popular characters including life-size figures. In addition, all guests are welcome to participate in "Manga no Ippo," a basic course on comics held every day for free, and read comic books at any time at "Manga no Heya." Special exhibitions are also held periodically.

Ride time: about 8 minutes
Cost (one way): ¥210 for adults, ¥110 for children)
* When you visit the Manga House please use the "Hakusan Kouen Sakimawari Kousu" bus.
