Tenobe-jinkawa Ltd.
“Tenobe-Jinkawa” is located in Kitaarima-cho in Minamishimabara City, the south-western part of the Shimabara Peninsula in Nagasaki Prefecture. We produce hand-made somen noodles, using traditional noodle-making techniques and dedicated craftsmanship. We are proud of our noodles, which are handmade by stretching and twisting each strand, as if they were our own children. We hope you enjoy the unique texture of our noodles.
