Industrial Tourism in Japan
Sudo Honke Inc.
Our brewery has been operating for 850 years. We only make pure rice sake, and ours is the first brewery to make pure sake in Japan. Our sake is made using the highest quality rice, within five months after harvest. It is also unfiltered (two styles called nigorizake and clear sake), and no carbonation, in a method which has been handed down generation to generation, giving it an exquisite natural balance. Well water is utilized in three places onsite. We have won various awards both in Japan and overseas, including the IWC Gold, and likewise our guests visit us from around the world.
