Industrial Tourism in Japan
Our business is to manufacture and sell handmade Japanese confections, Wagashi. Also we have wagashi trial classes for tourists twice a day, where you can make two types of Japanese confections depending on the teaching craftsman. We, Japanese, value seasonal changes and wagashi shapes are different for each month. You can eat wagashi which you made, and we serve green tea with one other teacake after the class. Reservation is required when you take a wagashi class.
