Matsuki Kanten Sangyo

Matsuki Kanten was established in 1939. We have been producing kanten (agar products) for over 60 years, with the "blessings of nature,"the cold, clean air, abundant water and resources of Nagano, and supported by the climate in Chino-shi, which is often said to be the best place to produce kanten. Kanten is used in various fields; for instance, it has gained attention as being beneficial to dieting and good health. Matsuki Kanten continuously works on improving its products, making the world aware of the benefits of kanten.
