Matsukame Miso
The whole area of Shinshu Suwa where Matsukame Miso originated has been the "treasure house of naturally brewed miso" since ancient times, blessed with optimal conditions for brewing miso, such as clean highland air, high-quality water and a rich climate. In this area which is the best-suited for miso-making, integrating our 80 years of tradition and skills gained over the decades with a modern facility, we have been striving to make quality miso appreciated by everyone with our company policy "Deliver Good Taste and Health."
