We make tsukudani using the highest-quality raw materials such as scallops and kelps from Hokkaido, dried seaweed from Kochi Shimanto River and Ise Shima, seaweed of Sanriku, chirimen (boiled and dried baby sardines) of Setouchi, and soy sauce of Shodo Island. We offer about 30 kinds of Tsukudani.
