Kobayashijin Seimen Co., Ltd.

Founded in 1908, “Kobayashijin” has produced hand-made Shimabara somen noodles for more than 100 years. Our noodles are produced in a factory surrounded by the rich natural environment of the Unzen Mountains, using domestic ingredients: uniquely blended flour harvested in Japan (Hokkaido and Kyushu) and natural salt made in Japan. The noodles are made by fully maturing and stretching the dough for two days. Please enjoy the delicate, sweet aroma of this flour and chewy, elastic texture of our noodles.
