Industrial Tourism in Japan
Jikko Incorporated
Jikko was established in 1901. There is a historic background to Sakai city. We've been discussing with so many chefs to create our products for more than 100 years. We have a wide variety and a great number of knives.
At Jikko, visitors can see the process of "sharpening and straightening a blade," "fixing a handle to a knife," "engraving a name on knife."
