Ito Sake Brewery
Ito Sake Brewery has been making sake with the blessings of nature: local water, including from hot springs, and rice. The sake we make is unique to Suwa because of the special local ingredients, and also because we make it by hand, which brings out its unique taste and fragrances. We deliver only the amount of product which our made-by-hand process allows us to. That is our approach to making sake.
Using the clear water from beneath the Kirigamine Highlands, rich in natural goodness, our product Yokobue is aromatic and full-flavored. Experience the carefully handed-down flavor and taste born in Suwa.
