Furuse’s somen noodles are made of selected flour and high-quality water from the streams of the Unzen mountains, which was listed as one of the top 100 waters in Japan. We produce rich, chewy noodles by maturing dough in a traditional production method.

Other conditions somen noodle-stretching experience (including souvenir) is available only on weekdays. Please make a reservation before noon of the previous day. The workshop is conducted from 13:00-15:00. (Please ask us if you wish to start at a different time.)
