Furuse’s somen noodles are made of selected flour and high-quality water from the streams of the Unzen mountains, which was listed as one of the top 100 waters in Japan. We produce rich, chewy noodles by maturing dough in a traditional production method.

Exit from the Nagasaki Expressway at the Isahaya Interchange. Approx. 80 min. via Route 34 or 251 in the direction of Shimabara.
