Our factory was established under the concept of "traditional manufacturing methods with the latest facilities". We produce shoyu (soy sauce), miso (soy bean paste) and various kinds of seasonings using these ingredients.
We will be pleased if your visit will make you feel more familiar with shoyu and miso.
