Chateau Mercian

We, "Chateau Mercian," offer you various kinds of tours where you can enjoy learning the fascination and the history of Japanese wine, grape cultivation, and fermentation of wine through visiting our various facilities. We are trying to improve the quality of our wine by introducing new equipment for fermentation and storage in the process of producing wine.
