Summay of notice ⑴ Contracting entity : SEKIMOTO Maki, Executive Vice President, Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC).

⑶ Nature and planned quantity of the product to be purchased : Calcium Carbonate (particles more than 95% in weight shall be finer than 45μm at size.), approximately 7,270t
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026
⑸ Delivery place : Matsuo Neutralization Plant (Ichiban-chisaki, Matsuo-yoriki-daiichi-chiwari, Hachimantai-shi, Iwate Prefecture)
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures :
① A person or entity who shall not come under Article 3 of "The Public announcement on the qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures by the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC)".
② A person or entity who shall have Grade A, B or C in terms of qualification "Sales of product" for participating in tenders by the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC) (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscalyears 2022, 2023 and 2024.
③ A person or entity who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
④ A person who shall have the proven ability to deliver the product required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Official.
⑤ A person who shall have a established system to provide quick contacts and suitable countermeasures against fire or earthquake or other emergency even at night or at holiday.
⑥ A person who shall be the recipient of a tender explanation.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 5 February, 2025
